These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Luxe Coast Styling's Website, located at www.luxecoast.com.au.
Luxe Coast Styling (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by our business, including commercial laundry services and linen hire.

1. Services Provided
Luxe Coast Styling offers commercial laundry services, linen hire and consultation / trade services for accommodation providers, property managers, private property owners, event operators, and related businesses. Our services include (but are not limited to):
Pickup and delivery of laundry
Washing, drying, folding, and ironing of laundry
Linen and towel hire
Consultation and trade services for short term accommodation and local businesses.
Services are subject to availability and location coverage.
2. Bookings and Orders
Orders must be made through our online system, phone, or email.
Regular bookings can be scheduled on a recurring basis.
Last-minute or emergency requests are subject to approval and additional fees.
Luxe Coast Styling reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including non-payment or breach of terms.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made via direct deposit, credit card, or invoice (subject to approval).
Payments are due prior to service commencement, unless otherwise agreed.
All invoices are to be paid in full by due date.
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month on the outstanding balance.
Luxe Coast Styling reserves the right to suspend services for accounts in arrears.
4. Cancellations and Changes
To cancel or amend a service, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Hire items not returned on time or returned damaged may incur replacement or cleaning fees.
5. Linen Hire Terms
All hired linen remains the property of Luxe Coast Styling.
Customers are responsible for the care and return of all hire items.
Lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged items will be charged at replacement value.
A detailed list of replacement charges is available on request.
6. Liability
While we take all reasonable care with your items, Luxe Coast Styling is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Shrinkage or fading due to manufacturer defects.
Incorrectly filled out card counts by clients.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of the goods.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We will not be liable for any loss of profits, business or revenue.
Our liability for any claim arising from these terms and conditions shall be limited to the amount paid for the goods.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Ensure all items booked for laundering are safe for commercial laundering (e.g., free of hazardous materials, machine washable - NO "DRY CLEANING" ITEMS)
Provide safe access for pickup and delivery at the agreed time and location
Notify us of any special laundering instructions or sensitive items in advance
Treat our staff respectfully and lawfully
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including logos, images, text, and service descriptions is the property of Luxe Coast Styling or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or reproduce it without our prior written consent.
You must not:
Copy or republish material from Luxe Coast Styling
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Luxe Coast Styling
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Luxe Coast Styling
Redistribute content from Luxe Coast Styling.
